And now comes the new fake author name "Sara Hallas" and surprise, surprise, she has the EXACT SAME RECIPES for the third time!
How many times do Amazon customers have to be expected to buy and pay for the exact same information put out by this horrible example of a publisher, Encore Publishing? Especially since all the recipes are on the Internet with better directions, nutritional information most of the time and with ingredient lists that are better organized in the order of use.

When I get a cookbook I want to know all the ingredients in each recipe. I don't want to have recipes that call for items like Old Bay Seasoning, or a salad dressing and other spice mix I've never heard of. What if you can't find these products? You need to know what to put in the recipe...or what you can sustitute.
These recipes also contain a lot of cheese, very surprising in recipes for fish. Fish and cheese normally do not mix.
Over all, I saw 1 recipe that interested me.

There are many tasty recipes in this book. I made the Sweet and Sour Tilapia today and it was delicious! I highly recommend this book.
My favorite is tilapia with lemon ginger salad dressing. This ebook has no pictures but the tilapia tastes good in these recipes.
Have always had poor luck preparing fish, unless it was deep fried, now, for health reasons, it was important to really lean to prepare moist, and hopefully delicious fish in a different way. Have picked up a bunch of new recipes that have tasted amazing and have more to sample soon. Glad I have this book, very useful.
